Happy Thanksgiving! We are thankful for family, friends, and all the things that matter to us. One thing that we love doing is meeting new friends, especially if they are so easy to get along with and a lot of fun to hang out with!
Jeanie of Andronyk Jewelry is one such friend. You see, we only met her today but we have been admiring her beautiful engagement and wedding rings for a while now. She uses 100% recycled metal and conflict-free jewels. The sustainability aspect of her business really appeals to us at FO Photography. Jeanie has also done a wonderful job of providing a very informative website about her work. She is way more eloquent about what she does and how she does it all so please visit her website and then return here to find out some fun facts about her.
Jeanie: “I get to pretend that I’m a spy. When I started making engagement and wedding rings, I never thought that secret agent/super spy would also be my job. I gather intel on unsuspecting ring receivers based on what they try on, what they tell me, etc., and that helps me help my clients choose rings for their partners. I also have to be on the down low when sharing my work, making sure everything is kept under wraps until the “yes”!”“Alleyways always my favourite part of any city I’m in. From gardens to random animals and discarded furniture, every city has a story best told through the alley.”I have 10 chickens who I love very much. When they were a bit smaller, Sir Featherington, Darth Feathers, Sonny Sweetheart and Jayne and all looked very different. Now That they’re older and their markings all look the same, I can’t quite tell who is roosting on my shoulder.
Andronyk Jewelry will be doing personal ring consultations on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at Little Brick in Edmonton by appointment only. Andronyk Jewelry will also be in Vancouver on Saturday, October 17, 2015. Please visit their Discovery Tour page to for details and to book an appointment. Andronyk Jewelry will be at Toronto’s One of A Kind Show from December 1, 2015 to December 6, 2015.
Thanks Jeanie for telling us a bit more about yourself and for being such fun!
