So….I’m an opportunist that noticed that Liesl & Steve were planning to meet up in Lewes for a walkabout armed with their cameras; they’d been doing so via Twitter so I figured that all I had to do was ask if Adrian & I could join them.
Everyone that has met me knows this to be true to my character hehe, ever the opportunist… Thankfully, they agreed and we met up at the War memorial in Lewes early in the morning of the 28th. It was a damp & drizzly day so the wind-in-hair shots and the like didn’t quite happen.
I took the shots on the day so there aren’t any of me in this set. Thanks Liesl & Steve for such a fun morning!
Without further ado, a few images from the morning.

Lovely Liesl.

Calmly inspiring Steve & my Gorgeous Adrian.

Cool use of natural fibres for Baltica’s entrance; this wooden horse is so adorable – we imagine that the decor of this place would be beautifully homely.

St Michael Church: As there wasn’t a service when we visited, the church was actually pitch dark so the 50 mm f/1.4 lens combined with the Nikon D700 came into their own in the left hand side image. I didn’t use flash for it. Soooo happy with the result!

Main Entrance at St Michael Church: love the textures and tones in this.

Adrian expressing his dislike of being caught off guard hehe!
