Let’s “crawl” with Tycoon Events: Little Brick!
I had so much fun on a venue crawl that the fabulous Eryne of Tycoon Event Planning & Promotions coordinated visits for a group of industry professionals in the Edmonton. Over the past three weeks, I have featured Boyle Street Community League, the CKUA Building, and El Cortez Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar.
Today, we feature Little Brick!
From Eryne: “Little Brick is a café, meets general store, meets private event spaces with a gorgeous kitchen, and let’s not forget about the office spaces upstairs, in the heart of Edmonton’s Riverdale Community. The front yard features picnic table seating, water dishes for the pups, and a recently completed deck. It has been built into the original 1903 home of J.B. Little, who originally owned the Brickyard. A great deal of love, detailing and thought went into the newly renovated space, and it shows! It’s a quaint spot tucked away in Riverdale’s scenic, quiet neighborhood. The best part is that in hiring out the venue, you actually get the whole house! You can finally host the perfect dinner party or reception, play house, and not have to worry about cleaning up at the end of the night when all of your guests leave!”Local Entrepreneur and Owner of Little Brick, Elm Cafe, Burrow, and District Coffee Co., Nate Box and his team have a vision of the ultimate casual wedding for 100 guests in Little Brick’s front yard. I am not surprised as their front yard, which is not pictured in this post, is the perfect space for an informal Edmonton BBQ wedding reception! Of course, Little Brick can also cater for refined & formal weddings within their premises or in the front yard.
