After seeing the photographs that I took of her cakes earlier this month, the wonderfully talented Elizabeth Solaru invited me, Funmi to be her special guest at the Luxury Wedding Show. It was a great opportunity to see more of Elizabeth’s beautiful cakes and witness several other wedding suppliers doing what they do best. The event took place at gorgeously appointed Millennium Mayfair hotel. I’d arranged to meet Nicola of Belle Noir Bride there as we’d been chatting on twitter for a while. I took some photographs of Elizabeth’s cakes before visiting a few of the other wedding suppliers’ stands.

Nicola of Belle Noir Bride let me photograph her after we’d had a chance to chat in person for the first time before she went to check out Elizabeth’s delicious cupcakes.
The amazing chandelier cake by Elizabeth’s cake emporium; Nicola was thrilled with her choice of a crown cupcake & I’d just said something that cracked her up.
Elizabeth & I are truly grateful for Franca’s generosity and help on the day. Her company, Something Divine offer luxurious & high quality bespoke place settings & favours. 
I visited Ilknur of Mediterranean Occasions ‘ display of beautiful brooch bouquets, birdcaged roses & crystal light stand too. Her company offer venue styling and make these beautiful bouquets using various brooches.
The colourful decor on display at Essential wedding and event hire’s stand was mindblowing…
