River City Events had a Bridal Fantasy booth that celebrated 2016’s Pantone colours, hanging floral arrangements, reflective surfaces, & sequins!

Vania & Chelsea of River City Events explained further: “From a vendor perspective, our overall vision was to create an intimate space within the overwhelming size of a large bridal show. We always want our brides to feel welcome yet excited in our booth. The booth layout allowed our brides to explore all of the amazing things River City Events has to offer in terms of rentals, planning and design. We want our brides to start thinking about the décor possibilities: how their big day will look, what colours will they choose, what theme best reflect their personalities, how can we make it come to life?”

“From a design perspective, we wanted to take advantage of Pantone celebrating for the first time ever two colours of the year, Rose Quartz – a beautiful and well balanced pink, and Serenity – a stunning and soft shade of purple. We chose mint as our accent colour to create a refined and romantic albeit whimsical setting. We chose to use a soft approach with everything we touched, a backdrop with no straight lines, hanging accents from floral to candles, stunning draping in our tent and lighting that enhanced the overall ambiance. We incorporated many whimsical elements into the design – such as charming bird accents and feathers. We also played with reflections to create a larger space – we used mirrors from our centerpieces, vases on our candy table and glass accents on our head table. “

Notable rental items included in this design: Nu violet linen, Blush linen, Mint linen, Blush and mint sequins, Dazzle boxes, Crystal glassware, Tenting, & Led light bars.
