By now, you have read that Pantone’s color of 2015 is Marsala! As Pantone describes it (and we agree) that Marsala is “a naturally robust and earthy wine red…. and is a subtly seductive shade, one that draws us in its embracing warmth” Who doesn’t want colours that warms their soul at an Edmonton wedding?!
Combine this sumptuous colour with succulents, marquee lights and other items and you have the award-winning booth of Look Events and Corinthia Flowers at Bridal Fantasy 2015.
Stacey also featured some these images on yeg wed but we just had to tell you about our favourite aspects of this booth. Their LOVE marquee lights, head table custom trough filled with floating candles and flowers, gorgeous paper flowers by The Paper Wedding and of course the combination of succulents and marsala-coloured flowers mixed with complimentary colours. Just stunning!
We like how versatile the succulents are as part of wedding decor; they could be replanted after your wedding as memento or they could be offered to your guests as wedding favours! The other way that they are so flexible is how they can be incorporated into any wedding scheme: from elegant to eco to rustic wedding styles, they are just great complements with the huge variety of colours and shapes available.
Congratulations again to Look Events and Corinthia Flowers on winning Best Booth. Brides & Grooms, are you thinking of how to use Marsala, succulents & marquee lights in your Edmonton wedding? Hopefully, this post has given you some great ideas!
